Just an incredible professional experience, and excellent customer service! First of all, let me start off by saying I have called around a few places to get quotes and I found theirs reasonable. Their Google reviews and online reputation were huge factors in influencing my decision.
On the scheduled day of my appointment, they were 30 mins early. The technician was professional and called me ahead of time if I preferred the earlier slot - I really liked this! Two technicians came to my place and they were very kind, courteous, and professional throughout. They were very careful with moving their equipment around the house and took a lot of caution. They explained to me the entire process ahead of time and during the cleaning. I genuinely appreciated them educating me as I felt like they weren't taking me for a free ride. I also needed my dryer vent cleaned and they were nice enough to inspect my dryer completely and remove any trapped lint deep inside the lint screen door and exhaust vent.
They didn't upsell me on any unnecessary additional services and they finished the entire cleaning in just under 2 hours. I couldn't be happier and I have already recommended them to my friends. Thank you!
