We contacted James becasue he had assumed responsibility for the company who did our roof 4 years ago and we had a small leak near one of the windows. Within 4 hours, he was at our house, analysed the situation and within 24 hours had corrected the problem outside on the roof. He also personally repaired the minor damage on the inside, going to the point of getting matching paint and repainting. And he is the owner! This was also all done for free

This crew is great! Kevin and James deliver great customer service and quality end result. I needed a new roof with several sheets of plywood replaced as well as two new sun tunnels.
They were responsive, accommodating, efficient, provided great quality product and service. The entire crew was polite, professional and easy to work with.
I had to delay the project several times due to other Renos taking place, the rescheduling was never an issue which I greatly appreciated. They responded quickly to my many questions, completed the job in a couple of days, and left the site very clean. Follow up questions were always answered quickly even after the job was done.
I was specific in being provided with photos of the work being done and the state of my current roof as the work progressed. I honestly can say they delivered that request very effectively! Would highly recommend them.
The roof looks great, and we have had no issues, having gone through several seasons. The work was done at the beginning of the spring, and we are nearing winter.

Pricing was very good, great communication, not pressure, answered all of my questions. The team was very friendly and made sure to do a thorough job cleaning up afterwards. They took care to make sure we could get out of the house while they were working.

We had multiple quotes to replace the shingles on a pool cabana and shed. James and team provided a very competitive quote and we selected them based on their previous good reviews for this type of work. We were not disappointed. We noticed a few shingles had been blown off the roof. James was willing to do the repair, but noted the roof was nearing the end of its life. He provided pictures to show support his concerns. We got one other estimate which was much higher. We were impressed with James no pressure approach . His crew completed the job in two days. Left our yard as they found it!
