We had a few outlets that were either not installed properly when we bought our house or didnt work properly. K&B responded to our service request within minutes and showed up a couple hours later to fix our issues. Very fast, quality service and they didnt seem to mind my asking stupid questions. Will definitely use them again.

Our home is quite old and was flipped rather quickly, leaving many many corners cut. We've been trying to track down someone to inspect our roof for months but since it's a metal roof in the back extension, most flat out said no, then we thankfully came across D'Angelo and Sons. Jeremie Demirci brought a crew to our place to inspect the entire roof and even made one of the repairs we'd been hoping for right on the spot! On top of that, he asked about other issues around the house and we were super happy to find out they do more than just roof repairs! Since we're not loaded and cant afford to do everything at once, Jeremie priced out everything on our wish list so we could chip away at it when we save up enough. We've never felt pressure to do all the work immediately and have been very pleased with the work done so far. We just booked a full replacement of our roof from Jeremie and are excited to have them work on fixing up our house the way it should have been done in the first place.

After a month of living in our new home, we found water pooling in the basement and thought our drain pipes under the basement were just clogged. We called Rooter-Man and Stephen was at our place the next morning with a camera to see what the issue was. Unfortunately it was evident the pipes underground hadn't been replaced and were broken in multiple places, essentially pouring water and waste into the ground. The next day Stephen's team came out and got to work ripping out the old pipes (or what was left of them) and replacing them with new PVC. They also showed us how the seller had replaced the kitchen drains but didn't tie it into the existing plumbing, just sealed it to a hole in the ground!! Unreal. It took 4 days and was pretty stressful for my wife and I as new homeowners but the whole team were so great at explaining everything to us and putting our minds at ease along the whole process. They had to dig up a section of our front lawn to go under our porch and connect to the city sewer system, and while the lawn needs fixing (which they said they'd come back in the spring to patch up) they left our porch completely unharmed. What was even more impressive is they did all this in minus 30 degree weather! Rooter-Man are complete professionals who understand how stressful this process can be for homeowners. We hope to not need to call them again soon, but they will be the only ones we call for plumbing issues from now on, without hesitation.
