Our communication was very smooth. He did an estimation in my house for the first visit; and helped me to fix a few small blinds problems for free. By making a detail list for all the parts that needs to be replaced, he searched some suppliers and finally ordered the most compatible parts for me with a clear price for each part. On his second visit, he brought the ordered parts to install and replace in a good time manner! Now all the blinds are functioning very well.

The string on the patio blind broke from so much use. I contacted Malcom and told him I wanted a motor and he told me the price he could get the motor etc. for. I found the motor to be slightly less through Amazon so I ordered what I needed with guidance from Malcom and he picked everything up, installed the motor and then installed the blind and programmed the remote all within a week.
What I really appreciated is that Malcom has contacted me several times since to follow up to make sure everything was working and if we needed anything adjusted.

Ambitious Blinds was amazing to deal with to get my toddler's room outfitted with black out blinds. They had a HUGE book of samples to look through. I found some adorable dinosaur printed blinds which I didn't even know existed! They are so cute and work so well, my toddler napped for FOUR HOURS that day! Woohoo!

Malcolm and Jordan were very professional, came to show us all the blind and color options for the house. We found some selections we really liked, and went for it. Install was quick (whole house was done in a couple hours). 3 years later and the blinds are still working as smooth as the day we got them. Very happy with the product and the service.
