In a word, excellent. Alex and Lana are consummate professionals: the work was done perfectly, with skill and minimal fuss. The end product is fantastic (actually I still cannot believe how beautiful the finished work is; I look at it continually). As my wife said, it is like we are proper home owners now! Best of all price was extremely competitive. Probably the best contractor we have used, and we have used many. Highly recommended, without reservations, without any reservations.
