Booked a service call thru Whirlpool for my KitchenAid dishwasher and received prompt response. Technician Alex came and performed diagnosis the same day and ordered the parts which took longer than expected. Manager Olga kept me updated on progress of parts order. They were great to work with, knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating and did great job fixing the dishwasher. Thank you both Olga and Alex. Highly recommended.
