I was pleasantly surprised by their openness and willingness to go above and beyond to resolve issues their client may have with their service. unreasonable expensive

Mississauga

I have a Dacor gas stove, and one of the five burners is having issues. I called them to fix it. They charged me 120+tax for just coming to check the stove, took the technician less than 5 minutes after his arrival, then gave me a quote of $1280 + tax to fix it, more than half of the price I paid for the stove. It is better to buy a new one instead. The technician said he would come back to tag the unit regardless I would fix it or not as part of the service. never heard a word after I said to them the price was too high, so not a man of his word.
