Maydone Appliance Repair

Ive got in touch with Maydone Customer Service via Homestars yesterday for an issue about my washer . Theyve scheduled an appointment and sent their technician Mohammed . He was right on time as promised , very knowledgeable & confident professional and a very kind person . He diagnosed the issue , fixed the washer and ran a couple of more tests to make sure and left .
Fast , reliable service with very reasonable prices .

Washing machine is leveled but continues to shake with spin cycle as it did previously

When everyone else said it couldn't be done... Maydone did it!

The heat element in the oven needed to be replaced, contacted multiple repair companies and they all said "sorry, can't be done...unit is too old"

Contacted Maydone, they came same day, ordered the parts and came back 3 days later and fixed the oven...I can't say enough how much we appreciated their kindness, knowledge and turnaround.

We've deleted every other repair company...Maydone is our Go-To and we recommend them to everyone! Thank you!!

My washing machine had an issue where a belt came loose and the tread off (so clothes remaining wet as it wouldnt spin properly). Igor came out, assessed and put in a temporary fix while they ordered the part. The part came within a few days and Igor came back and properly fixed it.

I was very pleased with the service Maydone provided in repairing my 5 year old stove. They responded to my HomeStar ad promptly, discussed cost, arranged an appointment and followed through on time as per agreement. The technician was friendly, neat, knowledgeable and competent. Throughout his repair, he kept me informed of what he was doing and gave me valuable tips on preventative maintenance. Maydone did a great job with no surprises.

My very old refrigerator stopped freezing things. One technician came, and had me defrost the unit, which was difficult. When this did not work, another technician, Alex, came and performed heroic measures. He was able to single-handedly pull out the insanely heavy unit and locate, a clogged drain that he fixed manually, restoring my shed, broken down, appliance to a state of majesty. He was courteous, efficient, and brilliant, I think. He got to the heart of the problem so quickly, and while he could have asked me to secure a new appointment until he got some assistance, he persevered. The melting-ice/food experience with something of an ordeal, and when he fixed it, I practically applauded. I cant imagine a better and more professional technician. Incidentally, no money was lost from the first visit, which was billed as a standard consultation even though the first tech also worked very hard.

When my stove just suddenly stopped working I was worried that it would be a lengthy process to get it repaired. Thankfully I found Maydone Appliance and within a few short days I had the program diagnosed and addressed. Thank you for saving me from weeks of takeout.
