Vitaly was amazing. He was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and Maydone had the part within the week. After installation, there were still some issues with my dishwasher which Vitaly quickly fixed. The pricing seems reasonable and I would definitely recommend Maydone

Visit 1: assessed the problem; created a workaround to use oven temporarily; ordered replacement part; determined that the range had no serial number plate as set out in owner's manual

Vitaly came over in the timeframe promised, and addressed the issue I had with my Kitchen Aid dishwasher. He ran it and all was good, so I paid and left. Later that evening I ran it again and unfortunately the problem reoccurred. Do I called and Vitaly returned. After going through everything a second time he asked me what soap I used, and I confirmed that it was same stuff I had used the day before. He then told that it was in fact the low quality dishwasher soap that I had used that was creating too much foam and causing trouble with the sensors, leading the machine to leak and shut down. He knew exactly how the machine worked and diagnosed it correctly. When I asked how much for the second visit he refused payment, even though it wasnt really his fault. I came him a bottle of wine. Great guy. Very pleased.

Igor serviced our old Dacor oven. One of the top gas burners was no longer lighting. It required new parts and the top dismantled to change. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I have no problem giving Igor and the company a positive review

Max arrived at scheduled time, quickly diagnosed problem , and returned a few days later to install new parts

Igor correctly diagnosed a problem with our dishwasher and installed the replacement part that solved the problem. However, he mentioned that the dishwasher was not installed correctly. After he left, the dishwasher started tilting when the door was open, and I had to deal with this myself. Also we paid $99 for him to look at a water leak in our fridge, and he was not able to offer a solution or any advice.

They inspected my Washing Machine at ON M3A1K1. I am happy with their professional approach to solving my problem. Igor is one of their people, who is a really great person to hear your issue and resolve it so that every customer is in a WIN-WIN situation.

One of our tenants contacted us because the washer (would not drain) and dryer ("tore us clothing") in our rental house were malfunctioning.
I contacted Maydone and they send a repair person the next day who fixed both units.
FYI the issue with the dryer was due to the lint trap that was clogged, so we reminded our tenant to clean it after each use to avoid this issue (it is also a fire hazard).

Unmatched professionalism, very easy to deal with and most importantly puts the customer first. I had requested Maydone to install an over the range microwave I had bought from a big box store. They completed installation but they noticed that the microwave door was defective probably due to incorrect handling by the courier. They offered to come back once the store has replaced the unit. They came back a second time, unfortunately the replacement unit also came badly damaged due to handling again. I ended up getting a new one from a local shop for which they came back to re-install the new unit. Given that the new unit was a different model, it was almost a full re-install. Max and company readily did the work and completed the install. Both times that they came back, they never asked for additional payment -- they understood my frustration with the vendor/courier and really helped me out. This is how you gain a customer for life!
