Replace centralized HVAC with Heat Pump System
I used interior climate solutions (ICS) to fix an issue with my heat pump specific to my third floor previously, was very please with the responsiveness and the quality of the service. When my main air conditioner went, I had went back to ICS.
Nick was great to work with, provided the right solution and since I was upgrading an old system made me aware of grants that were available. My true cost was less than the full sticker price. Nick was able to source a cold weather heat pump system relatively quickly that met my need. The installation was very well done - I couldnt be happier. Nick is very knowledgeable on HVAC systems heat pumps etc.
ICS was very responsive to my questions and anytime I need to reach them. Prior to deciding to replace the system they provided advice on troubleshooting the old system, which I appreciated.
I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
