While it is unfortunate the dryer cover is cracked, it was cracked when our technician approached to examine it, and we've provided you with a 'before' picture showing that crack is existing.
In the visit we've diagnosed 3 different appliances for the cost of a service call, placing the blame on us for an existing crack is uncalled for.EZFix Appliance Repair
