Weve used Eugene and Ez fix appliance for a few years now (for fridge, dishwasher, and dryer).
His service remains consistent - his communication is so efficient and speedy (a trait VERY rare these days, I have found); he is a pleasure to interact with and clearly enjoys what he is doing; he doesnt waste any time and gets the job done well, cleanly, and quickly (in a good way - he doesnt rush things. He is evidently experienced and knowledgeable and wont stop working until he sees the results we both want); his prices are VERY competitive and reasonable, and he just overall exemplifies someone Id be happy to continue to do business with.
