Hello, thank you for your feedback, it seems the only charge was the service fee for the visit, and no extra labor. We notify of our service charge in advance of booking, and that is the minimal amount to have a professional technician come for a house call. It appears no parts were required, and a fast work done should indicate experience of the service provider. We do not charge by the house.
We are happy the issue was resolved in the visit, and the technician had left a good impression.
