Steve saved us last night! Our just arriving Airbnb guests called to say that the keypad was not working and they couldn't get in. We called City Wide locksmith at 7:30 pm on a Friday night and he was here in 15minutes. He figured out that the keypad lock had broken, and he came up with a temporary fix.
We checked online and found an identical model of our highly rated keypad lock was available only online, Steve said that he thought he might have an identical model in his storeroom. Otherwise we were going to have to wait until Monday for him to try and get one from the supplier. He called later that night to say he had one and would be by the next morning to install it.
Not only was the service amazing, Steve is so knowledgeable, friendly and reasonably priced! We'll be recommending him to all our friends and neighbors.
