Responsive, knowledgeable, affordable. I needed a mortise lock converted to a standard cylindrical set. Matthew promptly replied with an estimate then guided me through the parts I needed. The next morning he came by and removed the old mortise and installed new handlebar set and keypad deadbolt. He gave recommendations on where to install new set how to patch up issues with door due to old lock. Overall very happy with service and highly recommend.
