I have nothing but amazing things to say about Ben at A-1 London Locksmiths. They squeezed us in, in a pinch, with an emergency situation. Extremely efficient, wonderful service, super communicative and responsive which was of utmost importance.
We feel very fortunate to have seen his signage, prompting our first call, which saved us so much time. The level of professionalism as well as kind service was above and beyond. Great work and will definitely work with this amazing team in the future.

I requested a quote from A-1 London Locksmiths and Matthew responded immediately. He was able to come out on the same day at the time he said he would come and finished changing the locks to 1 door in less than half an hour. I understand now why he has a 5 star rating. Would definitely use him again!

Responsive, knowledgeable, affordable. I needed a mortise lock converted to a standard cylindrical set. Matthew promptly replied with an estimate then guided me through the parts I needed. The next morning he came by and removed the old mortise and installed new handlebar set and keypad deadbolt. He gave recommendations on where to install new set how to patch up issues with door due to old lock. Overall very happy with service and highly recommend.

If you ever need a locksmith, Matthew is your man. I recently bought a condo in London and needed my front and back door locks rekeyed. Since it wasn't an urgent task, I thought it would be a good opportunity to try the Request a Quote feature. While the quotes came in fast, Matthew was the fastest and had what I thought was the most reasonable price list (plus the 10% discount for Yelpers is a nice touch). On the agreed upon day, he arrived on the early side of his arrival window and got straight to work. The new locks and keys worked perfectly without even a hint of sticking. I have no idea when I'll need a locksmith next, but I know for sure I'll be calling Matthew.

Matthew changed my front door locks and rekeyed the others. He was quick to respond to my initial request for a quote, and did the job efficiently, and was even able to make me additional key copies while he was here, no problem. Would definitely use again!

He communicated well, arrived when he said he would be there and followed up right on schedule with a call back regarding pricing for a new lock set that had to be specially ordered. A-1 London Locksmiths is fantastic. They replied right away, and arranged an appointment within an hour. When the owner, Matthew, showed up, he was wearing a mask and immediately produced identification before I asked. He was extremely quick and competent, fixing our lock within 15 minutes. In fact, he was so fast that I asked him to do two other small lock repairs on the spot. His price was very reasonable too. Highly, highly recommended.

Had a urgent situation that required a new deadbolt. Within hours, David was at my house and installed the lock within 20 minutes. He maintained social distancing, he wore a mask and gloves and never entered the house. We were very satisfied with the service. Thank you!
