Fantastic and prompt service. Came out and actually was able to fix my broken lock and save me $200. It has been several months now and the lock is working great. Will never go anywhere else.

Thomas is very responsive. has some nice options available (keyless locks) , communicates well if there is any issues, is on time, works weekends. No false advertising here! We are property managers and he is one of our favorite vendors. We call him as we need him, over and over.

I called A-1 the same day I moved to my new condo. They agreed to come that same afternoon. Within 30 min, Thomas was done! So professional and nice. And even made a recommendation for better security! Awesome experience!

I wish I could give A-1 Locksmiths more than five stars. Other locksmiths were telling me that it would be hours, or even days, before they could send someone to help with an apartment lockout, but A-1 Locksmith sent someone out in thirty minutes! The locksmiths, Thomas and Ben, were professional, courteous, and fast. Last but not least, their prices were reasonable! I hope that I don't need locksmith services again anytime soon, but if I do, I know where to call.

I could not be happier. Thomas was professional and very agreeable to work with, and was finished with the work I needed from him within a matter of hours from when I first called! He told me exactly when he would meet me (no time window), showed up a few minutes early, quickly assessed what I needed, and got right to work of rekeying several locks in my apartment building. I'm so relieved to have that chore off my to-do list and I know I'll be calling A-1 locksmith for my residential locksmith needs in the future! Thank you!

FIVE STARS! Not only are they a TRUE 24-hour service (they took a call from me at 11pm to change the appointment time), they are prompt, informative and fast. Thomas explained everything concisely and repaired the existing equipment instead of replacing it, saving us hundreds of dollars. Will definitely refer them to friends/family.
