Ross and his partner responded immediately and serviced our 15-year-old AC on the same day. The AC started building ice and performance dropped and was inoperable. After testing, Ross gave us 2 options, one was to do a temporary fix for the season to stop the leak, the other was to install a whole new system. We decided to fix it and get by through the season. Will definitely call them for the new installation once we are ready for it. Great to deal with them.

Kingsview responded to my service request within an hour and was on site the same day for a repair; the AC needed a few new parts and they fixed them quickly and affordably. A few days later the motor also broke (it's an old unit) and they were back on site within a day, and replaced it with a cost-efficient used model. Service was great both times; they were efficient and explained everything to me as they went. Price felt very fair and would recommend them to anyone.
