Beautiful Landscaping - Repairs to Existing Errors
I’m a new home owner and therefore am still learning what a high quality repair looks like. I’m grateful A1 Landscaping recently came highly recommended to me.
After spending approximately $13,000 with a popular Nepean based company who claim to be experts with everything, A1 Landscaping only charged me a little over $2000 to redo several jobs the previous company had failed to do properly, as well as corrected eight errors the previous “experts” left me with. These included repairing tripping hazards; water being directed towards my basement window and foundation; finishing two installations by attaching and sealing a vent cover and a window well; redoing a downspout that because of being “forced” to fit, was already clogging after less eight months and causing water to leak out of the gaps along my foundation; among other repairs.
They also alerted me to other issues that needed attention and were missed by the previous contractors such as preventing the efflorescence that was occurring to the front of my house.
The team was professional, respectful, and left the job area in an organized and clean manner at the end of each day. They took the time to clearly explain the issues and their solutions in plain, easy-to-understand terms. The team also provided me with updates on their progression and expected completion date as well as gave me plenty of design options among which I could decide.
I'm highly impressed with their high quality work and service. I can’t stop looking at the beautiful job they did! I'm grateful to have found such a skilled and knowledgeable company. I already have my next job planned and won’t be seeking other quotes. I’m confident A1 Landscaping is superior to other contractors in terms of high quality beautiful work, exceptional service, and within a very reasonable budget.
