The work that JVC Contracting Inc. did was nothing short but excellent! They have very courteous staff and very easy to deal with. They had finished the project on time and made the whole experience pleasant (except for a few dust which was expected). They will walk you through the whole process and will update you accordingly. They made sure that the end result was perfect and they were very meticulous with details. Joe is definitely the guy to go to if you have home projects. No doubt, he’ll deliver!

Joe did a complete basement renovation of approximately 600 sq ft. This included the bathroom with stand shower (required extension of the plumbing) and floor tiles, a separate laundry sink area underneath the stairs, an entertainment room with bifold doors, enclosing the storage/furnace room, laminate flooring and stairs. Our agreement was we would be responsible for purchasing the materials giving us flexibility on the budget. It was completed around 3 months. Joe was very easy to work with, accommodating our needs around scheduling, design, and last minute requests. His workmanship is also very good and he ensured the basement was cleaned up.
