We interviewed a few companies before we selected Captain Handy - main reason were very high reviews as well as professionalism of our main contact, Alex. From start to finish, it was an excellent experience - Alex always met timelines he committed to (from quote turn around, to all the steps throughout the project). He has incredible attention to detail, is very responsive and professional all the way. His crew were amazing - took pride in their work, professional, friendly, on time and clean. No job always goes pitch perfect, which is where the true colors of a contractor show: Alex was quick and thorough to manage through any challenges throughout the project to ensure they were satisfactorily resolved.
