This company takes advantage of old people, single moms and anyone else they can. BE AWARE!! They are not responding now to any of their commitments and have disappeared. They damaged my house when installing the furnace, hot water tank and never came back to fix it. I had a gas leak for three days ( Which they eventually believed me on and came back for). The water damage from the leak that sprung from the newly installed water tank and chunks taken out of the wall on the way up the stairs was never fixed.

TERRIBLE!!! Do not trust these guys!!! They were good the first couple years, now I cannot get a hold of them (for 3 months). Their main service line, is always out of service now. Left them many emails, not 1 reply. The person that handled my account doesn't even work for them anymore. But I have a service agreement with them and money is still being taken out of my account. I'll be going to my bank to deal with this, but this is starting to look like a fleece.

I purchased a new tankless water heater and furnace via salesman Reuben. A little over a year I am now getting errors from my furnace that hi lo switches and inducer errors are taking place. I am to contact Canadian Quality Home services and their number is now out of order. Their website submissions form does not respond. Prior to this I was in regular email touch with a Laura there. Emails now are returned with no such address. I can only now try going to their office which street view shows a run down hole in the wall with ratty plastic curtains. Be very aware of this company and its disappearance. I don't even know which contractor installed it. I paid for a 10 year warranty and if I am ripped off on that, I am not sure what is going to happen.

The guys that came were super friendly and helpful with explaining everything to me and my husband about the products and how the installation would go. We were concerned with how they would get the old furnace out and get the new one in due to the small space but they did it seamlessly! We are very happy with this company and their products.
