I have used this company in the past and been very pleased. Several weeks ago I booked with the same three person crew as previously. However, things did not go as well. I itemized my complaints to the company and they did respond to me. I have been offered a free 6-hour cleaning in the future with a different crew. I have accepted this offer and am accordingly revising my previous review. I do appreciate it when a company responds to a complaint in a positive manner and will again recommend this company.
