Sam was very punctual, easy to negotiate installation time, did a very professional job, as previous washer/dryer he deinstalled, with the house being clean after the job. Would re-hire instantly. Highly recommended! 6 stars.

Sam was polite, friendly and professional. He came the same day I called and very quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my washing machine. When he got the part, he called me and finished fixing it later that evening. Now it's working great! I will definitely call him again and recommend him to my friends.

Our washing machine was not pumping water, and we suspected a broken pump. Upon closer inspection, the washer was drained and a burnt-out pump replaced with a new one on the same day.

The start button was broken and the whole main board with case needed to be replaced.

Dryer was kaput. Sam came three times to replace parts, even at 8:00 pm on Saturday when he located the part. He was super helpful and efficient. Also polite and courteous.. would definitely recommend
