Dean was punctual, kind and my tub faucet has stopped dripping, my toilets flush better - I had originally only asked Dean to fix my toilet and faucet but thought I better upgrade the system on my other toilet while he was here and he did not hesitate to do so. Will definitely call Dean again and recommend him to others.
