I hired Dos Rios Canada to build a detached garage. The work was supposed to last for about eight weeks.
The work took a tremendeous delay. Today, 10 months after start, the garage is at 25% completion and the contractor does not return any call, text, message. He has abandoned the job, with an important lump sum payment.
