I found almost my entire attic was covered in black mold (stage 3) it was bad! I called Mike and next day he was over to inspect and give me a quote which was very reasonable vs. other mold remediation companies. Mike and his team did amazing work, they fixed the cause of the problem, made sure my attic had proper air flow AND the mold is now gone! As a first time home owner, it is quite frustrated to find mold issues in the basement. Mike was refereed by a friend of mine and I made appointment to have him to come to assess the work. Upon arriving, he was on time and walked through with me for not only the parts that we saw the mold but also areas under the baseboard where mold was already growing. I was very impressed by his knowledge level.
The work Mike had done was completely above my expectation. After I returned home, not only all the affected area are removed but also treated in a very clean stage. But most importantly, I was expecting to do some vacuuming after the work and I was wrong. The work site was already vacuumed clean.
As I really happy with his work I also refereed him to one of my friend who needs asbestos removal as well.
