He demanded we to pay upfront 1000$ which we did and we signed a contract that the deck will be done in 4 weeks at the latest. He was coming for two hours a day during lunch time and then Saturdays and Sundays all day with one male, who was actually and his driver as Devon did not have his own vehicle.
