Bazik’s HVAC & Refrigeration

I got his name from a friend and wanted to work with him because good recommendations can be hard to come by. I called him on Monday and wasn't expecting a call back right away because of the heat wave, so he must be really busy. It's now Thursday, and he never called back. I ended up going with another contractor because I couldn't survive in the heat any longer.

Kyle, the owner, was wonderful to work with. His knowledge made it easy to determine the correct system for my home. His work was professional. He was committed to making sure I understood what products I had and how to maintain them, which was very comforting. Kyle also followed up after the installation to make sure everything was performing as required and to make sure I didn’t have any queries. I know I can contact Kyle any time with questions and/or for routine maintenance. Kyle offers a complete package. I would use his services again in a heartbeat!

I recently called Bazik's HVAC for a service on my furnace that didn't seem to be working very well. Kyle came to my house as soon as he could and after diagnosing a problem with the motor (which he explained in a way I could understand). Kyle then explained that the parts may be under warranty, which they were. I didn't even know about the extended warranty on the parts!
He ordered the parts for me and then installed them for a reaonable price. I found Kyle to be sincere and very helpful in getting my furnace running like new again. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Bazik's HVAC to anyone who asks.

The quote we got from Bazik's was a little less expensive than the competition. The work was done very quickly and everything was explained by Kyle so we could make informed decisions, which impressed us. When our gas fireplace stopped working (it was 25 years old and had been repaired every two years from other companies since the house was built, the last of whom said it could no longer be repaired), we called Bazik's and we decided together to replace the operating components (much cheaper than replacing the whole unit as others said we had to do) and it has been working better than it ever did, since. I recommend them highly and appreciate their interest in helping you make the best decision for your situation without feeling any pressure.
