We hired Robert of Gazeebro to install a pentagon garden shed back in June 2020. As part of this project, a sealant had to be applied on the structure once the installation was completed. We made the cardinal mistake of paying the full amount once the initial installation was done, fully trusting Robert to return and complete the sealant work. Since then, we have made several attempts to contact Robert, but he has either avoided our calls/emails or at times given us flimsy excuses that he will show up, but never did. One of his excuses was that it is in Markham and that it is far for him to travel there! (although, he did not have a problem accepting the job in Markham!).

We were looking for someone to install our 20 x 12 gazebo and came across Gazebro. Rob was very professional, courteous, and always kept in constant contact. They arrived on time as stated to us. Rob, Nick, Robbie, Sasha (and Tom) were amazing!! Their attention to detail was outstanding! They are very professional, polite, punctual and perfectionists. This size of gazebo was a huge job and they did not bat an eye to do it and do it right! Super group of guys and I would not hesitate to hire them again in the future. We are so happy with our gazebo and so thankful we found Rob and his team.

Rob and his crew did an amazing job installing our Yardistry Pavillion Gazebo. Rob and his team were punctual, the installation was done professionally and they finished the job ahead of schedule. Rob kept us informed throughout the project explaining key details and giving us choices. We could not be happier with our new backyard. Every day we look at our new backyard patio and think about how beautiful it is. Our little piece of heaven. It all came about because we had a vision and Gazeebro understood what we wanted and made it happen. Robert consulted with us on the overall architectural and landscape design, the selection of stone for the patio, timing and construction details and drew up a blueprint for us to review and make sure we were all on the same page.

The excellent team of Robert, Nick, Sasha and Robbie then went to work. Their work ethic was outstanding. They arrived early every morning to take delivery of material and started moving it from the driveway to the backyard. Not an easy feat. With a lot of hard work, the project was completed in about a week. Thank you for a job well done. We couldn't be happier.

these guys are good as far as installation but their customer service and after sales service leaves much to be desired. they are the typical guys who are there for you when the job is to be done...once they are done, they are gone.

I had Robert &Nick install my metal Gazebo & I was so impressed by thier work, kindness_amazing professionalism that i asked Robert about doing a property fence for me. Robert was amazing, very friendly and helpful in selecting the style of fence for me that fit my budget. The Gazeebro crew arrived on time& Ready to go. We built up a amazing relationship &it was like having your buddies help build you a fence. I asked Robert on the way in from Toronto if he was near a Tim Hortons would he get me a lg Decade with double cream& too my surprise not only did he get me the coffee he also got me donuts. The second day he asked me if I wanted another coffee plus donuts I said yes to the coffee but no donuts. They were going for a coffee run& Robert asked me if I wanted a coffee &i said yes please. Too my surprise on my birthday he got me a birthday pizza. I was totally surprised & overwhelmed by his kindness. Robert &Sasha worked thier butts off too complete the fence on my birthday June 12th. I have never ever met a finer group of people that were absolute professionals &had amazing character. I want to also thank Nick&Chizz. Nick is a great guy very positive, funny and helpful. I would just like to say that everyone@Gazeebro were Awesome & I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors. For me they were much more than a contractor, they were like friends that I have known all my life!!! I will be using Robert again for any project that I need to get done.
