Mark was very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. He returned my numerous telephone calls promptly and patiently answered all my questions. Mark even helped me with my mobile link set up after the installation.
I was concerned about doing the installation in the middle of winter but the weather co-operated and everything went smoothly. The four man crew worked diligently and completed the installation by 3pm.
I am confident that Mark and Platinum will continue to provide the same high level of aftercare service.
