Mark’s commitment to providing exemplary service won me over at our first meeting and was the deciding factor in my decision to sign up with Platinum to install my generator. Mark was very helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. He returned my numerous telephone calls promptly and patiently answered all my questions. Mark even helped me with my mobile link set up after the installation. I was concerned about doing the installation in the middle of winter but the weather co-operated and everything went smoothly. The four man crew worked diligently and completed the installation by 3pm. I am confident that Mark and Platinum will continue to provide the same high level of aftercare service.

I use Belyea because I can always count on their technicians to do a great job. Jon and Dan serviced my boiler today and even replaced a leaking radiator bleeder. I am confident that my heating system is ready for another winter.

When my floor installer cut my radiator pipes I called Belyea Bros and Deo came over immediately. He isolated the boiler water system so I turn on the main water again. Unfortunately I used another company to re-fill my system and this just created new problems. In the end, Belyea came back. replaced two defective parts and all is well now.
