Samsung Dual Convection Oven Repair
I want to thank iCare Appliance Repair for their prompt response to our request for a fix to our upper oven convection fan. The fan would keep freezing and then just not operate at all. We especially would like to thank service technician Bilan Volodymyr for his work and attention to detail. He arrived on time and brought a fan motor with him as it was suspected to be at fault (common with this stove) As he disassembled the stove and removed the motor he discovered that it was actually fine, but in need of lubrication and a spindle replacement. He made us aware of this and it reduced the bill by $150 as the motor didn't require the replacement. He even went so far as to lubricate the second oven compartment fan motor as well to which we are most grateful. We can't recommend iCare enough and especially Bilan. He was terrific! Thanks to all at iCare! Wouldn't hesitate to call you again for any repairs required!
