Artivo Shades

I first came to know about Artivo because of HomeStars. They have rather positives ratingswhich is exactly what any homeowner wants to see. However, it also made me a bit dubious... One hears about people paying for reviews and all. I decided to contact FOUR different companies. Of all the four, Nikhilwith Artivomade by far the best impression. Although there were some initial hiccups because apparently my email address made me look like a spammer, from there on everything else has gone relatively smoothly. Nikhil's team came and double checked the dimensions before the order was placed. Whilst they do not have an electrician on board, they recommended a couple they usually work with. I liked that I was offered the flexibility to bring my own which I very much appreciated as I know a rather capable one. Another thing I grateful about Nikhil is that lack of fearmongering I noticed with other vendors who pushed me to use their own electricians. Nikhil even had a chat with mine to fine-tune expectations and provide guidance. Nothing is flawless in life, and our installation date was not free from it, but nothing that the Artivo team wasnt able to tackle. At the end of the day, I am the recipient of fantastic, exterior window shades which work as advertised. I am elated that I went with Artivo; they are definitely living up to their reviews. Nikhil is splendid at keeping the homeowner in the loop; his team are courteous and punctual.
Would I recommend them? Yes, absolutely. Would I use them again? Yes, I plan to have them back to install interior window treatments.
