Terrible company and Terrible customer service. They will block your call if something is wrong and will not respond. They will tell you they will be speaking to their managers and will not do anything. The so called manager doesn't do anything. They will send you in experienced high school kids who dont know what they are doing.
They provide excellent customer service when you sign up for the move and are very responsive, then afterwards impossible to reach.
Pay a little extra and hire a professional company instead of these guys. I am surprised by the great reviews this organization has.
