Stay away!! Worst experience ever!! I never leave reviews however I don't want anyone to go through the horrific experience me and my family went through with this moving company. Paid $2000 and only moved half my house leaving us stranded! Stay away!
Three times we spoke on the phone assured us one truck was enough, wasn't close. Wouldn't bring another truck unless another $2000 was paid, then they couldn't find one.
Massive diesel stains were left on both properties , our old home ,and our new home. Guys were just not qualified, wearing sandals, couldn't fit a simple couch out the front door, we had to tell them how to maneuver it.
Needed payment made an hour prior to getting to the new home or they would've what? Held our stuff hostage.
Without my husband's friends and their 6 pickup trucks we would have never got into our new home. Stay away!!

I was truly amazed by the excellence of the service and quality provided by GetMovers. They listened to all the things I asked for, they did everything quickly, carefully, and nicely. It was totally worth the money! Price are really upfront, I would really suggest this company to anyone who wants a great moving experience for a good price!

We just completed a local move, and our real estate agent suggested GetMovers. The whole process was truly remarkable, starting from receiving the moving quotes to arranging the move dates, and then the actual move itself. What's even better is that the final moving costs turned out to be lower than the initial estimate. Our move coordinator was absolutely wonderful and patiently addressed all our numerous questions. The movers did an excellent job handling our belongings and placed everything exactly where we wanted them. We wholeheartedly recommend GetMovers' moving services for a smooth and stress-free moving experience.

I don't usually write a bad review for a company but hiring Get Movers was a terrible experience for us and I feel the need to warn others. When the moving truck arrived with a name on it that we didn't recognize, it became clear that they subcontract - so there is unpredictability there and you don't know the quality of the movers you're going to get.

The movers took items to our storage area off site and at that site they pressured us into paying before they finished the job. When we got home from the storage unit we found gouges in our wall, scratches all over our basement floor and extensive damage to our basement door and trim around it.

On the same day, we sent an email with photos of the damage, which they completely ignored. After numerous attempts at getting through to them they sent us a claim form which we filled out, and after two weeks they still didn't get back to us to resolve the issue. So again we had to contact them and when they finally responded they said they rejected our claim because we already paid them. They made us pay them when we were off site and couldn't check to see if there was damage at the house. When we told them that, they again ignored us and haven't bothered to reply.

It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that claims to have great customer service and exceptionally professional staff when in reality they have given us horrible service and damaged our home. The person at Get Movers who we dealt with didn't care at all about us and treated us with contempt.

I have moved with this company four times and each time, I am so grateful for the excellent service. Not only did they call to confirm the move and check list and help answer any other questions I had, they also called me after my move. I'm so impressed by the service and care of these guys. I can't recommend them more highly and will be using them again in the future. Getting that kind of personal attention and reassurance during such stressful times as a move is just so rare these days. Can't recommend them enough!!!!
