Rica's painting

We love our newly renovated home! Rica and his team have patiently answered all of our questions, from the very beginning of our vast project. We really could have not asked for something better than this! Always respectful and punctual, this team of professionals has exceeded our expectations by far.. While the project was ongoing, Rica took the time to offer extra advice regarding not only the painting of our home, but older things that needed to be replaced and why. We are extremely pleased with the end result and very thankful. Wonderful team, highly recommended!

Really exceptional service and work. He did not leave until I was completely satisfied with the job, mind you I had changed my mind on a few things and Rica was very understanding and patient with my requests. He was also extreme clean and arranged a cleaning service when the job was completed, which was a nice surprise to an already good experience.

I found broken glass on the floor and then noticed my TV stand's glass was missing.
When i asked about it the next day, i was not given a straight answer.
Trust is a big deal when you have people in your home.

The quality of work can be seen in these pictures... I had my popcorn celling removed and the first photo shows you what an eye sore i was left with.
The pictures show the streaks in the kitchen, this is what was considered finished work.
Around many of my pot lights were not painted, i'm not trying to be petty but this was just so rushed, it became sloppy.

By the end of this i just had to ask them to not even return i didn't feel comfortable with them in my home.

I asked Rica to come after another painter had damanged the walls. He did an amaing job fixing the other persons mistake and painting my condo. Most importantly... he came on time and finished on time.
