They mean well, but lack the experience
First off, the founder is a good guy. He worked with me and my family to move our furniture and his team worked real hard.
Unfortunately, we did not plan the move sufficiently. That is, I was left to assume how many movers we would need, and we were told that our home was more considered a commercial move vs a residential move - and thus, they weren't able to move all of our furniture. Now, we were given the option to cancel the move the day of - and would have our deposit returned - however, as someone who closed a home and needs to move all my belongings out that day, it's nigh impossible to find a mover who can move an entire home on the same day.
At the end of the day, they did the best they could - however, our joint decisions have resulted in me delaying my closing date (with penalties) and hiring another mover the following week. The total cost to me was astronomical.
Thus, I would say that if you have a simple move that does not require a lot of heavy lifting, I'd recommend this company as they are good people. However, for more complex jobs, or more involved jobs, I'd likely hire someone with more experience.

You called 123Moving and gave a wrong description .You did not mention anything about having a whole business in your basement prior your move date, so before suggesting maybe take responsibility for your mistakes... our reputation speaks volume about the Experience we have. anyway
