Temp -24 C and pipes frozen. Jordan was on another callout when I talked to him. He said he had a second call waiting but would try to get to me that day, a Saturday. He was not able to come out, but called to let me know he would be out the next day. He showed up and spent two hours locating the problem, thawing the pipe, and properly insulating it. This in -22 C. weather outside. He followed up with a phone call the next day. I definitely recommend this guy.
