Our basement sewer line was blocked and overflowing through the drain. Watermark did a camera inspection and found tree roots which had broken and blocked a section of the old clay sewer pipe. After providing a clear quote they came later in the week to excavate and replace the broken section. We decided to install a backflow preventer valve at the same time. There was clear communication throughout and the technicians were respectful and efficient. I particularly appreciated their willingness to comply with my request for everyone to wear N95 masks inside, as Ive had problems with other companies agreeing and then showing up in surgical masks - and frankly Im so tired of dealing with this issue.

Mark from Watermark Plumbing did such a great job on fixing the bathtub leak which required access to the drain pipes from a floor below. Not an easy task but everything was done super-efficiently and professionally, with proper explanations of what is being done. Perfect quality of services, perfect communication, and at the right price.

The process was very simple - call Geoff to see if they can address the work you want done & provide rough quotes, email them photos so they can take a closer look / validate quotes, and then simply schedule a time. Geoff & Sarah who manage the phone/emails were great at communicating the right details and clear information to help you make a decision. Ross (plumber) came to my condo on time and was very knowledgeable, skilled and professional as he replaced my brass kitchen drain setup (corroded P-trap and surrounding drain pipes) and my leaking toilet connector & compression shut off valve. In terms of cost, their hourly rates are in line with other plumbers in my area (downtown - which isn't the cheapest area) but they are honest with time/hours spent - therefore, the total cost was reasonable compared to market. When I had follow up inquiries, they handled it very professionally and kindly. It was clear to me they weren't just the "get paid and get out" kind of business. Quality work at a decent price with great service - not sure what else you'd want from a plumber. Thanks Geoff & team!

We had a pipe burst under our kitchen sink and our dishwasher back up on a Sunday evening. I left messages for 4 different plumbing companies for a quote and appointment for repair and unclog. Watermark got back to me first thing Monday morning, booked an appointment for that afternoon and had everything fixed by 3pm -- all before I heard from any other company (I still haven't heard). Brad was the plumber, he was efficient, quick and knowledgeable. Super impressed with this service and would highly recommend.

First time working with Watermark and they did a fast and clean job. I asked questions about other plumbing around the house and Brad seemed very knowledgable. I was impressed and asked for them to quote on additional work.

Cam and Michael were great. Informative, pleasant, responsive, and on time. I was really pleased with them and also with Sarah at the booking end of things.

We found some water stains on our ceiling under our bathroom. I regularly see helpful posts from Geoff on our neighbourhood Facebook page so gave them a call to fix this issue. Spoke with Sarah when I called who was very friendly and arranged for a plumber to come the next day. Ross was our plumber and he quickly assessed the issue, confirmed the source of the problem and immediately fixed it. He also provided some insights on some other matters which gave us great direction. Watermark Plumbing will be my first call again for anything plumbing related.

I had a fancy looking bottle drain trap that a designer convinced me to install. After 6 years of use, the pipes corroded and we had multiple leaks. When we tried to get a sense of issue before calling the plumber, the pipe snapped.

Watermark arrived on time (great booking system), handled the issue, replaced the trap with on hand (and nice looking) product and fixed the issue without any damaged to other installed fixtures or drywall. Everything was handled within an hour and the payment system easy.
