Foggy casement windows needed replacement - Albi was terrific!
Albi was first to respond to the Homestars service request - the first example of his excellent and timely communication. We scheduled a visit. I felt right away that he knew his stuff and would be easy to work with. While other contractors were thrown off by the age of the windows (1985) and the more difficult solution that required, Albi took it all in stride. Because of the age of the windows, the replacement could not be done on site. But he appreciated that speed was of the essence. He promised to return the windows next morning latest. And he delivered on his promise. The new windows look and work great.
I don't see how the experience could have been better. Clearly 10/10. If 11 were possible, I'd give him that!
