We recently got our home security system from gocomcare and had a really smooth and pleasant experience. Ashwin and his dad are thorough professionals and very knowledgeable about home security and the ADT systems. They were very patient, answered all our questions, gave us the perfect tips on correct camera and motion detector placements, and most importantly - offered us an excellent deal. Punctual, professional and a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend!

Ashwin came referred from a friend and gave a good deal and the installation was very quick. They also took all COVID precautions !

In the beginning, Ash was able to answer my questions and follow up with ADT to make sure everything is ready to go. The special offer from ADT was ended way earlier than Aug 31st but he put a special request so that when I moved in I could still get the offer. (Was able to put the order before the offer ends but the activation starts when I move in so it saves money as well!) . When the technician was late due to unexpected circumstance, Ash showed up in 10min with his coworker. He explained what happened and installed all of the equipment on time. He went through step by step for demo to use panels, cameras, and smart lock door. He also got the another help to troubleshoot when I wanted to change password on my locks over the phone. How convenient :) ! The alarm test went well, just warning the alarm is very loud and scary, which is what I want for intruders.
Highly recommended! Better than get installed from a big company :)
I got approximately 60dollars including tax per month for full service. Setup and registration are free.

GoCom was fantastic. They are a group of knowledgeable and skilled staff. They gave us everything we asked for at a very good price and the installation was clean and fast. I will be recommending GoCom to my friends and family.
