Horrible Terrible experience. 2 months to complete something that should have been done in half the time. Trades they sent were terrible and showed no respect or care for my home. I had to lay down tarps or they wouldn't. existing Sinks and tiles were damaged. Would only work half days. Never got a schedule. Poor workmanship.

This contractor has done several projects in our property for the corporation and private projects.
They are one of the FEW OLD SOULS left in the city.
They put their hearts and minds in every single work/project they do.
I would refer and recommend this contractor at anytime and to anyone because they are worth the time and effort!

These guys they care, they know what they do and overall they treat the property as to be their own.
It is VERY sad that some people are paid by competitors of Belfast to put bad reviews.
They have done several projects and several flood remediations and they have shown the most care and professionalism.
In todays world we live in mercy of internet.
Try them and if you have issues call the owner and you will see how quick they will act and will repair any deficiencies.
It is ridiculous to judge people by their background or their age.
I guarantee you with my life that these guys know what they do and they are very fair!

Our condo corp hired them to clean up mold in the roof. Two middle east guys showed up and simply sprayed attic with some paint in less than an hour. I tried to ask a few questions about what they did but they gave me vague answers and left. I checked out a product they used and it was to be used during the second stage after mold is removed. They simply pained over the mold and left. I would not recommend this company to anyone

They were called on same day our water pipe burst and they were in our unit within 30 minutes with all kinds of tools and equipment also professionals. Great team thanks
