Just 1 time snow removal in a season. He promised refund the money but never did.

Ori collected cash from our doorstep and did not show up for the snow removal. After several calls he answered and promised us a refund. But ever since eight months ago, now he doesnt even answer my calls and no refund. Please do not trust Ori or this company. He takes advantage of vulnerable seniors.

We got snow removal service last year 2021 Winter , But only we got 2times services. And he send us txt message in Mid January 2022 that he couldnt give service anymore. He promised that he would fully refund money. It has been over 6 months and still no refund yet. Never recommend this company.

I am the victim of the same experience already reported. Took my money and no show for snow plowing. After the big storm in January during which they claimed all the snow plows broke down, Orri indicated by email that they can no longer provide the service. I have been asking for a refund ever since, by phone, text and email. No replies and no refund so far.
This company should not be in business.

Orri takes your money by money transfer and doesn't show up for any plowing and ignores emails, texts and phone calls. Promises a refund which never comes. Would absolutely and totally never recommend this Company unless you're happy just giving money away for no service.

I had a horrible experience with Bison Grounds Management. They are totally unreliable and impossible to reach as soon as you pay. Do not hire this company as you will be totally frustrated with the company.

This company and the owner name is Orri, took the money by money transfer and never showed up to remove the snow, they ignored my messages and finally promised to refund me but never kept the promise, absolutely not recommended.

Most unreliable company. Be aware they will take your money and will not provide service as committed. Absolutely do not recommend them for snow removal. You will end up doing it yourself. Save your money or go to a reputable company.
