I called Itz Roofing after having a few good wind storms in my 2012 home. Kyle came by one evening and climbed up to take a look. Found this only one shingle missing and did A quick patch job at no cost and said the rest of the roof was in great condition. While he was up there I had him look to see if any water was getting into my bathroom vent from the roof. He could not see any moisture from there and proceeded to go into my attic to inspect there for any water damage. We found that the bathroom fan was installed improperly and he came back a few days later and helped to replace the fan and ducting. Great work, cleaned up everything he left behind and put everything back as it was. I know this is not what they specialize in but was willing to do the extra work. When it is time to do my roof, I know who will get the call!!
