The Window Covering Factory

My husband and I used this company last year for the installation of our window and patio door blinds. I am at a loss as to the rave reviews on this company, because our experience was absolutely horrible. Yes, their prices are great, but their customer service is the worst I have seen. From the get go we had to chase them to get a response (after I paid the deposit). The salesperson would ghost us regularly. Deadlines came and went. We didn't hear back from him and I ended up contacting his boss. I was told that the order didn't go through and that clearly something fell through the cracks. The salesperson then disappeared, never to be heard from again. After four months, our blinds were installed. However, we had asked and paid for 2.5 inch blinds. The blinds that were installed were 2 inch. My husband and I were very clear that we wanted 2.5 inch blinds. The salesperson even wrote that on the sales invoice. When I brought this up to the boss, he said that they just don't make 2.5 inch blinds. I then wanted a partial refund or replacement. I was then ghosted by the boss. In addition, the blinds for one of our bathrooms were cut too big. This was never fixed even though I asked them several times. (My husband had to fix this himself). I called customer service. By this time, I was quite agitated and expressed myself in such a manner - but maintaining a calm tone. The CSR told me that it was not her problem that the salesperson agreed to 2.5 inch blinds and that she can't control what he says. So professional!!!!!!!! Oh, and then she yelled at me some more and hung up the phone.
I envy the customers that received great customer service and basic professional conduct.
Hopefully the salesperson is no longer there. He was constantly on his phone when meeting with me and my husband. I have never met a more disinterested and unengaging professional salesperson.
I would absolutely not recommend this company.
If you received great service and the right product, I would buy a lottery ticket. You are clearly on a streak of luck.

Mario was AWESOME! He was able to show me the variety of options for my home. I really liked the day and nightshade, within about a week Mario was able to get them installed and everything was completed. This was a shock since I shopped around but no one could be Marios pricing. He mentioned its straight from the factory and that is probably why.
