I found Now Reno on the Baumler Approved site. They were to do 2 jobs for me. Add a shower to the powder room in my master bedroom and replace the bathtub in our main 2nd floor washroom. Max seemed profession but as of this date, I have been unable to contact him for over 2 months. He has not returned my calls, emails, texts or Facebook messages. The majority of the job was completed but since I am unable to contact him, I am concerned that I am unable to access the warranty.
The first job went well and was completed by Roman in a timely fashion. However, the second job is where the following issues occurred.
Bathtub replacement and Tiling job
- the shower was dripping when I turn on the water which caused me to look into replacing the diverter which led me to find these other issues
- they installed PEX piping for my tub spout and it should be copper
- The coupling is not brand new and they used an old corroded piece
- I found cardboard behind the spout
There were also some final touch ups to do (painting, fixing some grout). I also agreed, for an additional cost, to have my bathroom countertop replaced. He agreed to do the job and I also provided him with a sink. However, I am unable to contact him and he is not returning my calls which is very disappointing. Job was pretty much done but now I am out a sink and will have to find another person to replace the countertop.
