5 star basement did an outstanding job in meeting our needs in design, cost, and completion times. He runs his business with integrity, honesty, and professionalism that I haven't seen in this line of work for a while.

We were very particular about a few concepts during the renovation and did a great job finding solutions and ideas to give us the end result that we would truly enjoy, because who wants a reno that they don't like.

This is my third renovation and my first time working with 5 star basement. I will be using Leandross and his awesome team in the future.

We recently used 5 Star Basements to finish our basement in Kitchener, Ontario. We had seen their sign around town, and figured we should inquire about their service and finishing system. We did inquire with some other companies as well, but found 5 Star Basement presentation made the most sense for us. We are pleased to say that everything from the first response of our inquiry, to the finished product has been very seamless and actually quite enjoyable.

I had never used my old basement and I decided to start use it but It needed remodeling. My neighbor recommended me 5 STAR BASEMENT and after I saw their work on his house I hired them. They arrived on scheduled time and all employees were friendly, professional and helpful. There were some issues but working crew resolved everything easily. My basement looks amazing, better than I expected. Highly recommended company!

I had a basement developed professionally 10 years ago so I was excited to see what has changed since then. I interviewed several companies and what set 5starbasement.ca apart from the others right away was the speed of service. I received a call back right away (within a day) and my appointment in a week. Mike & Ivan came over and was able to take my list and at once turn it into a plan of action incorporating everything I wanted.

Seriously I had drawings right then to look at! I was impressed and then blown further away when I had a quote within the hour...! This was extremely quick but still did my painful due diligence and waited for the other quotes.

I will not speak negatively towards the other companies, but some had quotes within a day or two and some within a week or two and one never arrived. The process was interactive and comfortable, the first day on the job we were shown the layout chalked onto the floor allowing for a further visual which were then able to make a few minor adjustments.

In a separate meeting the electrical was decided. I loved that it was not just off a pre-planned drawing like my other basement was because I could put plugs according to my furniture meaning no extension cords! The result was better than expected and I am sure you will agree when you see the pictures on the website... I cannot thank you enough!

We are very pleased with the work of 5 star basement. They are very knowledgeable in the aspects of their trade skill as well as regulatory requirements. His electrician and plumbers were also easy going person with very good service attitude. They really score big in keeping the site neat and clean during and after the construction.
