I have to conmend this company, as they came through after 5 days of searching for someone to clear our driveway & back area. They also went above and beyond the call of duty helping out a neighbour of mine who had past medical issues. They truly have compassion for others. They did a great job clearing the snow in a minimal amount of time.

Our own small lawn mower broke mid-autumn; we have never used lawn maintenance companies before, so we were not aware that most stop their lawn mowing services at the end of October and switch to snow removal. It was too expensive to buy a new mower, and we could not find any companies who were able to help and gave up searching.

Then, a family member helped us find Favorite Landscapes on HomeStars by calling all the companies down the page, and Favorite Landscapes was the first and only one to so kindly make accommodations to offer their lawn services to us after hearing our predicament, even though they had already switched to the winter services. Their team fit us in within a day and a half and were very professional and efficient. We could not believe our luck!

We are very happy with the results and the price. Just from this experience, we can tell that they are very honest people who care about customers and want to build a good and long-term relationship because of two points:

1. They are very transparent about their pricing and options upfront (unlike some companies we had called prior, who gave us vague pricings even though they were not offering services).
2. They are extremely responsive and will reply to their customers via preferred method (phone, text, email) in a very timely manner. When we were first searching for a lawn company, there were ones that made us leave messages or emails, but never responded. This is very frustrating when one is trying to find urgent help. Favorite Landscapes replies very quickly.

Should we have any snow removal or future lawn maintenance needs, we will be reaching out to them. It is great to see that there is such an honest and trustworthy company like theirs in our community; we hope other people are as lucky as us to have found Favorite Landscapes and hire their services. Favorite Landscapes effectively and efficiently cleaned up my backyard for me. There was poorly laid patio stones in our backyard, aswell as in the walkway leading into and out of our backyard, and our grass was just out of hand and not taken care of. Favorite Landscapes removed our old patio stones, removed all the grass, leveled everything out, then tarped it all so there would be no weeds growing out from under our new patio stones, layed gravel down, leveled it all out, and then laid some used, but in good condition patio stones that we had got from a neighbour. And all of this was done in only a couple weeks! Definitely recommend that you choose Favorite Landscapes for you landscaping needs!
