Popcorn Removal and Drywall Repair
Took down a wall and started to scrape the popcorn. Need someone to finish.
Contractor #1 wanted 30%deposit and was going to do the job in the evenings.
Contractor #2 would do the job during the day and required no deposit. We got along ok and I gave him the job. We texted and he would start Monday, no show and no response... Ghosted.
Called Contractor #1 and told him my story and how I'd like to pay after work was complete, he agreed but threw in he wanted a 25% deposit.
Found Afra renovation and Aria came over to look at the job. He had a was able to start immediately and finished in 2 days. Wife and I were so happy to have found such a professional contractor, started promptly each day, super smooth ceilings and cleaned up after he was finished. I would recommend Aria and will use him again when do do our upstairs.
